COVID -19 INFORMATION

The wellbeing of our customers, staff and community is our highest priority. We are guided by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and we are closely monitoring the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation. We are strictly following our COVID-19 protocols. 

We want everyone who has booked one of our transfers to know we are doing everything we can to keep you safe and provide a welcoming destination and experience.

All of our drivers are fully vaccinated, however we do not require vaccine certificates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 If the mountains are closed during your stay we will refund you your transfer costs for that
day. Any ski product refunds will be at the discretion of Cardrona staff.


If the mountains are open but you decide not to ski that day there will be no refund of your ski transport portion for that day. Any ski product refunds will be at the discretion of Cardrona staff

We are not responsible for any damage to any hire equipment booked through Wanaka Ski Concierge and guests must satisfy themselves that all gear is safe and fit for purpose. 


Transfer pricing will not change should the number traveling each day reduce. 


Our service will operate to NZ Govt regulations regarding Covid-19 Alert Level status at the
time.
