CANCELLATION POLICY

● If the mountains are closed during your stay we will refund you your transfer costs for that
day. Any ski product refunds will be at the discretion of Cardrona staff.
● If the mountains are open but you decide not to ski that day there will be no refund of your
ski transport portion for that day. Any ski product refunds will be at the discretion of Cardrona
staff
● Transfer pricing will not change should the number traveling each day reduce. 

● COVID-19: Should borders close due to Covid 19 and you are unable to travel we will refund you in full minus the 2.5% fee charged by our bank.
● Our service will operate to NZ Govt regulations regarding Covid-19 Alert Level status at the
time.
● We highly recommend travel insurance
